The most awaited trailer of director Kabir Khan’s upcoming film Tubelight featuring Salman Khan going to release yesterday night, May 25th. After missing the teaser launch, Salman will be attending the film’s trailer launch in Mumbai yesterday. Tubelight is the third collaboration between Kabir Khan and Salman, after successful films like Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan and hence expectations are high.

The trailer of the movie will be two minutes and seventeen seconds long and has been passed with a U-certificate. The trailer expected to glimpse story line and lead characters of the film. The trailer starts off with a loud speech by an army officer urging the people of Jagatpur to get ready to serve the nation. Salman Khan, a frightened innocent man in that village, loses his brother (played by Sohail Khan) in the border war and is search of self-belief to bring his brother back home. Finally, how Salman manages to clench the courage and finds his brother is what the story of Tubelight is about.

Tubelight is historical war drama film, which an official remake of 2015s Hollywood movie ‘Little Boy’.The film set in the 1962 Sino-Indian War, it stars Salman Khan in the lead role who plays a man from India who falls in love with a girl from China portrayed by Chinese actress Zhu Zhu.  This film is produced by Salman Khan and Kabir Khan under the banners, Salman Khan Films and Kabir Khan Films. Tubelight, Salman’s first film of 2017, releases on June 25. The film is extensively shot in Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh.

Thematically, given the locales and back drop of India-Pakistan war, the film is on the lines of Bhajrangi Bhaijaan. Going the last films from Salman Khan, it’s been clear that 500 Crore more is comfortable for the superstar irrespective for the talk. And now that Dangal and Baahubali-2 are shattering all existing records, Bhai fans are expecting the film to perform similarly.
