A summer wedding in Italy for Akhil?
Catching up with the new trend of destination wedding, Akkineni family is all set to head for Italy trip in coming summer season for the marriage of Akkineni Akhil and fashion designer Shriya Bhupal. To everyone’s knowledge, Akhil and Shriya are in love from sometime and they shared the same with respective families few months back to get their nod.
Might have a summer wedding in early 2017. Interestingly, if all goes as per plan, it will be a destination wedding, in Europe. “Italy is one destination that’s on their minds as of now. A recce of sorts was done in Naples, but a fancy venue in Rome could also make the cut,” says a source close to the groom. Talk is that while Akhil’s parents, Amala and Nagarjuna, would have preferred an intimate, low key shaadi, the bride’s side of the family likes things a little larger than life. “The wedding will be a grand one. Around 600-odd guests will be flying in to Italy from all arond the world.
At a time when the marriage date of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha isn’t fixed yet and as per their public statements it’s not expected to take place before a year, speculation about Akhil’s wedding in Summer is keeping Akkineni fans guessing. Maybe Nagarjuna would host a grand reception for Film Fraternity post the wedding. So, let’s keep an eye on dates and venue.
