Akkineni Akhil and Shriya Bhupal have been in a relationship for the past few years and were engaged recently on 9th December at GVK house in Banjara Hills in a private affair. The wedding ceremony is said to be a destination wedding at an undisclosed foreign location. Ahead of the wedding ceremony, Akhil has been gifted a luxury car by his in-Laws which is also his favorite car.

During such lavish weddings, generally bridegrooms get a gift from bride’s family. Even Ram Charan was gifted a swanky Ashton Martin car from Upasna after their engagement. Many are saying that even Akhil is also getting gifted one such luxury car. That will be delivered before the marriage only. Both the families have already started the errands for a big extravaganza wedding in summer 2017. On the other hand, Nagarjuna is making plans to hold a grand event before the wedding which will be attended by all the celebrities of both the South and North Indian film industries.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Akhil is all set for his second film with the ace director Vikram Kumar. Regarding this film, the shooting is going on full swing at Annapurna Studios. This yet to be titled flick is being producer by Nagarjuna under his home banner Annapurna Studios. The story of the film is said to be a romantic entertainer and the lovely beauty Megha Akash will be seen as Akhil’s love interest in this film. In this process, his third film is going to be directed by Surender Reddy and this film is likely to be produced by Akhil’s dearest friend Ram Charan, sources added. After seeing all this, it seems 2017 will be the luckiest year for our Sisindri Akhil Akkineni.
